Involvement in the legal system can be stressful, confusing, and overwhelming.  I believe the key to successfully navigating the process is the assistance of an experienced, confident, and compassionate attorney.  I pride myself on my ability to help clients throughout the legal process so that they feel confident that their voice is being represented.
My approach to practicing law is to work with my clients and other parties on the case to reach a resolution that provides the best possible outcome for my client.  I believe in the importance of being upfront and honest with you regarding your case and the possible outcomes.
Often cases can be resolved outside of the courtroom through mediation or consultation with the parties.  An important aspect of this process is the ability to listen to and understand the needs and goals of your client and then transform that into advocacy.  
When cases cannot be resolved outside of the courtroom, you need an experienced attorney that isn't afraid to take their matter to trial.  With years of litigation experience, I am ready and able to take the case to trial if that becomes the most viable option for success.
