About Rae

​Rae graduated from the University of Kansas Law School in 2008.  For the first few years of her career, she prosecuted a number of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile crimes and represented the state in Child in Need of Care cases in both Colorado and Kansas.  After prosecuting, Rae represented the state's child welfare agency for eight years, giving her a unique perspective and knowledge base of child welfare law.  Throughout Rae's career, she has litigated hundreds of cases including numerous trials, evidentiary hearings, motion hearings, and administrative appeal hearings.
